How to request a refund

2. Include your order number and the word REFUND in the subject line.
3. We refund to your original payment method, usually within 3 to 5 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it free, no return needed.
